Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard shipping: 7–21 business days
- Express shipping (where available): 4–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, weather, or holidays beyond our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer free standard shipping — any active promotion will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow 2–4 business days for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Within the EU, prices shown are final — no additional duties apply.
Undelivered or lost orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@brookandivy.co and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect address
Please review your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
